Rate for bed and breakfast per person per night

Family Suite -  Bed and breakfast per suite per night

• The family suite consists of 1 double and 1 twin with shared bathroom/wc
• A cot or z-bed can be accommodated in some rooms at a charge of £10 per night for children under 4 
• For stays of 5 nights or more there is a discount of 10% on the room rate - does not apply to winter offer.
• We do not normally group bookings for more than 12 persons.
• Rates are subject to change by management
• Management reserve the right to amend prices if the rate for VAT changes

   

  Dogs
• Dogs accommodated by arrangement in some bedrooms but not in the sitting room or restaurant. We are happy for dogs to be in cars in the car park and to accompany you in the bar areas of the hotel (except 6pm to 10pm). Please enquire at time of booking. A charge is made of £5 per dog per stay.
  
  Smoking
• Kirkstile is a totally non-smoking establishment.

Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of £20 per adult is normally required to secure a booking.
• A charge will be made if cancellation occurs as follows:
  - within 14 days of date of arrival, £20 per person.
  - within 24 hours of date of arrival, one night's accommodation. 
• If the room is re-let for the duration of the original booking, the charge will be refunded.

• Payment is accepted by personal cheque with bankers card, cash and major credit cards
